Where are my notes stored? On your device. If you turn on iCloud sync, they also sync privately through your own iCloud account.
How do I sync across devices? Sign in to iCloud on each device and enable iCloud sync in Notelix (a Premium feature). Your notes appear on every device signed in to the same Apple ID.
Why does the AI need to send my page? To read your handwriting and write an answer in context, the assistant sends an image of the page, any text you type, and a transcription of the relevant handwriting to our AI provider over an encrypted connection — only when you ask it to. See our Privacy Policy for details, including where the data is processed.
How do I restore my Premium subscription? Open Settings → Restore Purchases (or tap Restore Purchase on the Premium screen) while signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID that bought it.
How do I sign in? Notelix uses Sign in with Apple. Tap Sign in with Apple on the welcome screen or when prompted.
Is Notelix free? Yes — notes, PDFs, the canvas, templates, and organization are free, with no ads. Premium adds unlimited AI, iCloud sync, and every handwriting font.
